Availability
We are a brick and mortar business and produce many items that aren't suitable to be shipped. We are flattered that our cakes and tarts are in demand all across the country, but have to encourage you to come visit us for a cake during your next trip to San Francisco. All of our items available for purchase online have proven to be good travelers and will arrive to you in the same shape you would see them at our store.
All of our products are made fresh daily, therefore the quantities may not always keep up with demand, but we do our best to fulfill your order and apologize if you must wait for certain items. We will do our best to ship your items by the next available ship day (we ship Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays), but it may occasionally take longer. If you require your order by a certain date, please specify this on Check Out page. We will do everything possible to get your order to you in time.
Delivery
All orders are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please note that the product takes two to three days to produce in addition to the delivery method chosen. Please allow plenty of time for your order and, if needed, specify the date required on the Check Out page.
UPS deliveries are only made on weekdays and a signature will be required - please use an address where someone will be available to receive delivery on the first attempt.
We are unable to ship outside of the U.S.
Special Handling
Our Parisian Macarons require special shipping considerations year-round. Each box is individually insulated and packed on ice and require a one or two day delivery time. Other items are available to be shipped ground, but during summer months may need to be expedited. We will contact you if there need to be changes in your shipping arrangements.
Restrictions
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO and FPO). You must provide a street address for your order. Be sure to include appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery.
Sales Tax
Local and state sales tax is charged on orders being shipped to addresses in the state of California. Sales tax will not be charged for orders delivered outside the state of California.
Returns
There are no returns or exchanges on baked goods.
