For years we have been making English Toffee as a Christmas time treat, but once January rolled around, it disappeared as fast as it had arrived. With the opening of the Confiserie, this was one of the first candy products we brought into full time production.

Our toffee is made with the finest local butter, a little extra helping of salt and fresh local cream. Hot off the stove, it gets a very thin coating of Scharffen Berger chocolate and roasted, chopped organic almonds sprinkled on top. Our bakers have to wrap the toffee up quickly; we all like to sneak a piece as it sits on the racks to cool!

Toffee is sold in one-third pound canisters.
